Cranberry Orange Walnut Goat Cheese Boursin Spread

Ingredients:
- 2 (5.2 oz.) packages, Allouette Brand Garlic & Fines Herbes Boursin
- 4 oz. Philadelphia Cream cheese
- 4 oz. Goat Cheese
- 1 T. Orange Zest
- 2 T. Orange juice
- 1/2 C. Dried Cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 C. Walnuts, chopped pieces, toasted
- Pinch of Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Method:
- In a mixer with a paddle attachment, cream the Boursin, goat cheese, and cream cheese together on low speed. Add the orange juice and zest and mix until smooth.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and, with a rubber spatula, fold in the cranberries and toasted walnuts.
- Season with salt and a couple of grinds of black pepper.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate until needed. Bring to room temperature about an hour before serving.
Note: Serve with leaves of Belgian endive, celery, crostini, gourmet crackers or slices of French bread.
