Cranberry Orange Walnut Goat Cheese Boursin Spread

  • 2 (5.2 oz.) packages, Allouette Brand Garlic & Fines Herbes Boursin 
  • 4 oz. Philadelphia Cream cheese
  • 4 oz. Goat Cheese
  • 1 T. Orange Zest
  • 2 T. Orange juice
  • 1/2 C. Dried Cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 C. Walnuts, chopped pieces, toasted
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Method:

  1. In a mixer with a paddle attachment, cream the Boursin, goat cheese, and cream cheese together on low speed. Add the orange juice and zest and mix until smooth. 
  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and, with a rubber spatula, fold in the cranberries and toasted walnuts.
  3. Season with salt and a couple of grinds of black pepper.
  4. Cover tightly and refrigerate until needed. Bring to room temperature about an hour before serving.

Note: Serve with leaves of Belgian endive, celery, crostini, gourmet crackers or slices of French bread.  

Yields 4 Cups
