COVALEY Serving Utensil Endorsed by American Master Chef's Order
COVALEY is proud to announce the American Master Chef’s Order (AMCO) has endorsed the COVALEY serving utensil, a new product for both commercial and personal use.

Engineered from an old French prototype, the original tool was used to transport and share local products and Camembert cheese from Normandy to Paris. Made from culinary-grade stainless steel, the new COVALEY product has been retrofit for food service applications and is available in four sizes to fit a variety of plates, bowls, trays, baskets, and more.

The Master Chef and AMCO brand is coveted within the highest levels or our industry’s channels. American Master Chefs serve as leaders, advocates, and mentors within our craft.
The American Master Chefs' Order (AMCO), a 501 C (6) non-profit, was organized in 2014.
The membership is made up of Chefs who have successfully completed American Culinary Federation's, (ACF) Certified Master Chef, (CMC) or Certified Master Pastry Chef exam, (CMPC).
